Does PharmaRMex take a commission on deals?+
No. We charge only a monthly subscription. Payment for goods goes directly between buyer and seller; the platform never handles it.
When does the other side see my identity?+
Buyers see sellers' offers without names or contact details until they accept a deal. Sellers see the requirement together with the buyer's name and contact details from the start, so they can decide whether to quote.
Which sellers receive my inquiry?+
Only sellers who have that product on their selling list. Other sellers never see it.
Can I both buy and sell?+
Yes. Choose Buyer + Seller at signup and switch between the two portals from the sidebar with one email.
Who can join?+
Licensed pharmaceutical businesses: manufacturers, traders, brokers, importers, exporters and actual users. Every account is reviewed before approval.
Can a seller change a quote after sending it?+
Yes, a seller can edit or withdraw a quote until the buyer accepts the deal. Buyers can cancel an inquiry at any time.
