1. Who we are

PharmaRMex is an online B2B platform that connects pharmaceutical buyers and sellers. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is issued under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. What we collect

Account details you give us at signup (company name, contact name, email, mobile, address, GST and drug licence numbers, references and broker names); the inquiries, quotes and negotiation messages you post; and basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and log records.

3. How we use it

To create and verify your account, route inquiries to relevant sellers, run negotiations, reveal contact details to the other party once a deal is accepted, send one-time passwords and service emails, manage your subscription, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal obligations.

4. Identity protection

Until a buyer accepts a deal, we do not show the buyer's company or contact details to sellers, or the seller's to the buyer. After acceptance, both parties' contact details are shared with each other so they can complete the transaction directly.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the counter-party to an accepted deal, with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where required by law.

6. Retention

We keep account and transaction records while your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal, tax and dispute-resolution requirements.

7. Your rights

You can view and update the editable parts of your profile at any time from My Profile. You may ask us to correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to kp@pharmarmex.com. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your data. No online system is completely secure, so please keep your email account safe, as it is used to sign in.

9. Cookies

We use a small session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

10. Contact and grievances

For any privacy question or complaint, contact our Grievance Officer at kp@pharmarmex.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
