1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PharmaRMex, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Who may use the platform

The platform is for licensed businesses dealing in pharmaceutical raw materials and related products. You must provide true, complete details and keep them current. We may review, approve, suspend or refuse any account at our discretion.

3. Our role

PharmaRMex is a facilitation platform only. We host requirements, route them to sellers, record quotes and negotiations, and record acceptance. We are not a party to any sale, we do not buy, sell, store or ship goods, and we do not receive or hold payment for goods. Buyers and sellers contract, invoice, pay and deliver directly with each other.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your inquiries and quotes, for holding every licence and registration your trade requires, for product quality and documentation, and for complying with all applicable laws, including drug, tax and import/export laws.

5. Accepting a deal

When a buyer accepts a deal, it is final on the platform and contact details are exchanged. Any later dispute about the goods, price, payment or delivery is between buyer and seller.

6. Subscriptions

Access to features depends on your plan. Plan limits, prices and features are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice. Fees are payable in advance for each period.

7. Prohibited use

You must not post false or misleading information, offer products you are not licensed to deal in, try to identify the other party before a deal is accepted, contact other users to bypass the platform's process, scrape data, or interfere with the platform's security or operation.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, harms other users, or is required to be suspended by law.

9. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, PharmaRMex is not liable for any loss arising from transactions between users, from the quality or legality of any product, or from interruptions to the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the previous three months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
